So this is going to be my daily blog where I update myself to keep track of what I eat, how much of it, how long I workout for and which kinds I did. This is for myself to keep track, but if anyone wants to join me, feel free to :) I`m 5'3" 1/2 and 15 (turning 16)

My weight loss plan
I don`t really have one but I want to lose up to 10lbs. Max is 15lbs. I can`t really say how much I weigh because it`s always changing. Like legit. I weight myself throughout the day, I`m between 122lbs - 125lbs (sometimes 126-129 after dinner -_-) How embarrassing. Anywho I want to be at least 117.5 before April 15th (3 weeks, 21 days)

My reason why?
I might be going to Hong Kong for my great grandma's birthday whos turning 100! WOOOOT. & Hong Kong means nice clothes, good looking guys, pretty and skinny girls. My aunties and uncle call me fat and my cousins probably think that but are nice enough to not tell me like my uncles and aunties -_- And with that, I want to go back looking great. Anyways, I`m using FitDay to help me with my plan. It`s really useful (:

/Day 2/

This is actually my official first day ahaha , I ended up making brownies with my sister and ate some -_- also I had pizza and chicken.. some veggies.

Brunch 
1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt
1 cup of water

Exercise
1 circuit (a minute each)
stairs x2
squats
sit ups
push ups
jump lunges (dunno what they're called)
stretching

Snack
2 scones

Exercise
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (20mins)

Snack
2 small cups of root bear
couple of fries (so bad for me -_-;)

Exercise
Walked around the mall for about 20mins (grocery shopping with mom)

Dinner
Chicken Salad (Romanian Lettuce, Cucumbers, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Chicken)

Exercise
Walking around in the house (5 mins)
Cardio (37 mins)
Stretching (10 mins)

Treat
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Exercise
30 min stairs
10 min other exercises
-Later on in the night-
6 min hula hoop
